Gotcha might wanna keep up on Stein's Gate and also the approx 40 episode series you could be thinking of is [C] The Money of Soul and Possibility Control.

Heard somewhere there might be a new season of FLCL but maybe that's because it just started to air on Adult Swim.

No, i mean there is approximately 40 full series (i actually miscounted pretty badly, its actually 63 series), its a big season :P .
I got a site that tracks new stuff coming out, and as far as i can see theres no mention of anything related to FLCL here.

I don't think you can call Denpa Onna a sci-fi.
"Science fiction is a genre of fiction dealing with the impact of imagined innovations in science or technology, often in a futuristic setting."
Steins;Gate would be a good example of a sci-fi.
Good slice of life anime are AnoHana and Hanasaku Iroha.
Action anime... I'd say Ao no Exorcist, Tiger & Bunny, C.

@previous page: no cel collectors here? That's a pity.

I STILL say Ano Hana is worth the watch.
Jesse, I know about the episodes and apparently there are two endings to the actual overall story. It seemed pretty disappointing. People die either way and leaves much to be desired. but that's what I heard. Since the two endings was something along the lines of "Mystery" and "Fantasy" endings. One where you sided with realism and one where you believe in magic.
I even heard a new project is being researched from the maker of Higurashi and Umineko. I can't quite remember the name, Ryuushi I think or something. But yeah, I did hear there are a whole lot of puzzles in the final episode and have some relevance to something within it.
In other news, I am currently watching the second episode of Deadman and I have to admit- those dog races seem a little ont he risky side.
