Deadman Wonderland episode 3 certainly was interesting... the plot is a bit strange, but it's epic nonetheless.
The only character I dislike is Shiro. She is supposed to be the same age as Ganta but she doesn't act like it. Well I'm sure some people love that. *sigh*
P.S. Don't try to find more information about the characters like I did. You'll find spoilers that you DON'T want to know. :(

Was a pretty good episode as well I think.
Also, I did unfortunately try to find out a bit about the characters after the first ep. however, this was only on Shiro and why Ganta said "Mimi" after seeing her. Got A LOT more than I bargained for, so, ruined her "big secret" unfortunately, DAMN HUMAN CURIOSITY.

Also, the only thing I didn't ruin is what exactly was the point of giving him that power?
Was it of any use to "The red man"?

DON'T SAY I DIDN'T WARN YOU;
I know Shiro wanted Ganta to come to Deadman Wonderland to have some fun with him, but, why did she give him those powers with that red crystal, also, what exactly is it, is that one of Shiro's powers?
If it is a spoiler, please don't tell me, I want to leave some surprises in this anime.

Yes.
When I was caught up with shippuuden, there were about 90 chapters of the manga unanimated. I think it will be about the same or even more since there was a huge filler arc.
But I don't know wether the available Tankobon (books) of the series are caught up with the story yet, especially if you don't buy them in Japan.
