Also, what are your views on the American remake of the death note movie?
I heard it was pulled from the UK cinemas (The Japanese Version) because of the copycat killings involved during its showing.
Seen them on TV though.

Yes, you are correct, the story takes place before the anime and the main character is Hinata. It's been a while since I read a chapter of it, so I can't completely recall what the story was about. I think I'm going to wait untill more chapters are out and then read again from the beginning.
