I'm more expecting a selfless act on Madoka's part, since she still has that wish to use up.
I'm thinking she'll probably use a wish that sets everything right with the world, bring all the dead back to life and make Homura forget her, and end up having to fight witches all alone for all eternity with the conviction that she wont become one of them, 'i wont succumb because im protecting people blah blah philosophical garbage'.
Since some of the conversations she had with Mami show that she's willing to make sacrifices of herself in order to protect people as a Puella Magi (though this was granted, before all the revelations) i dont think it would be to far of a stretch.
Either that or they'll just do a cop-out and she'll wish there was no such thing as witches, Puella Magi or kyubey , instant solution .

@Agnosia: Yeah, the game i played was Chaos;Head. I hadn't actually heard of Steins;gate before the announcement of the anime, and as far as i can tell there inst an english patch so i wont be playing any time soon (AGTH sucks >.&lt
If its that good ill have to get around to watching it, ive only got through a little of this seasons new stuff since ive had my cousin from New Zealand, and its pactically impossible to pry a teenage girl off facebook long enough do much of anything .

Lol, you walked right into that one . But 9.9 if you want a serious answer, the missing 0.1 accounts for some of the creepier sides of anime fandom that I've found myself an unwilling witness to on more than on occasion....
