when i watch anime i always prefer the sub over the dub especially if 4kids are the dubbers ((i h8 4 kids they killed one piece :( )) ·

I completely agree. *Cough* Sonic X *Cough*. Never seen the japanese dub with subtitles, but one thing is clear. The english dub is nice IF AND ONLY IF they hire DECENT voice actors. Ive seen some english dubs that dont seem crappy, and only one voice is annoying.

^Seems to me the rule is its ok as long as you dont say the H word. Ive mentioned adult VN's plenty of times and nobody's been terribly worried about it.

Kk jesse, so have you, or any other anime fan watched or read School Days? I ran across the ending on youtube from a friend's link and it looked like it had a pretty crazy storyline. Also, from what I've read, the story line was amazing for a mature rating?

Thing is though, there are probably only about 10-20 good english VA's. Brad Swaile and others are much overused in the english dubbing of animes.

I have, but not fully since the translation patch only goes up to the end of the third chapter, i cant be bothered deciphering AGTH and i dont trust my japanese that much yet :P .

Course, that being said, since the whole game is fully animated (and 8gb in size) you can watch the anime and get almost the same experience. But yeah, the game is pretty notorious for its bloody endings.

I would say so, so long as you can stomach the blood. The story is quite interesting and its a rather unique experience gameplay wise, since you have to actually think on your toes (or the game makes decisions at branching points for you).

Why is it people are always bashing dubs?
You know, there are more companies that dub anime than 4kids. I know 4kids are obviously taking out words to make it more suitable, but, you can always try other companies.
One example would be Funimation.
