Yeah, I talked about it with someone who's a really big Angel Beats fan and according to him it was just a joke from the voice actors. Well, I still hope he's wrong. ;)

I think it might be that only stickies are able to exceed 2k pages. Thats probably why she stickied it. Kinda hard to tell in the absence of a rather full Jmod non-stickied post to compare it to.
As for the second season of AB!, there is one bit of evidence in favor of a second season thats a definate. At the end of the alternate epilogue, it says "next stage".
I wondered when i saw that whether that was hinting at a second season, since i cant think of anything else it could mean, unless its just an exploitation of the shows RPG motif.

That's right, for a thread to surpass the post limit it needs to be made by a J-Mod and to be stickied, otherwise the maximum postcount is 2000.
To go back ontopic, I believe Angel Beats was quite succesful, so I can't imagine why they wouldn't make a second season considering there already is a story (Track Zero). I just don't think it will air this spring, but who knows? I'd love to be wrong on this case.

I just downloaded the first two bluray's for OreImo. They have these commentaries on them done by the characters, if you haven't seen them yet you seriously have to because they are epically hilarious.
They need to do commentries like this more often, the ones with the voice actors are usually pretty boring ("That guys played by guy A and i worked with him on Anime XYZ har har har zzzzzz&quot ;) .
What makes this one different though is rather than just an audio track over the episode, its an extra 10 minute SD animation were they are watching the episode on a TV.
