Just saw your reply.

@Lord Shaega,
Have you tried these titles?
-Shikabane Hime (Corpse Princess in English)
-Higurashi no naku koro Ni (When They Cry in English)
-Claymore
-Fate Stay/Night
-Shakugan No Shana
------------
Just check a few out, they are pretty broad ranging from action, mystery, a little bit of romance/action but yea.
Cheers

-I have not heard of Shikabane Hime. I'll check it out.
-Higurashi: I started it but never finished for some reason. I did absolutely love and watch all of Umineko no Naku Koro Ni, though.
-As for Claymore, I have started it but I never got around to finishing it. I think it was in anime club, which would explain why I never took the time to finish it. I'll check it out.
- Have you seen the movie that came out in 2010? Unlimited Blade Works? Pretty awesome. And yes.
- Shana. One of my favourites! Saw both seasons. Also Rie Kugimiya ftw.
Thanks for the suggestions! I really appreciate it.

Watched 2 Winter Anime 2011 today. They were very interesting and seemed promising.
IS: Infinite Stratos was really interesting, the mecha were weird and just bodies of suits. Most of the characters are females as well.
Mahou Shojo Madoka Magica, an interesting Mahou Shojo genre. It has a "dark" tone, but changes back to the "magical" aspect and then back into the "dark".
Both these series are really making the Winter Anime 2011 look like a fun season.
Anyways, GOSICK will have it's first episode tomorrow! I'll be looking towards it.

Madoka Magica. If i had to describe it in the shortest way possible i would choose to call it 'Lyrical Nanoha on drugs'. It seems almost exactly the same, just that this one has more mind *****'s, all the buildings are made of glass (whats up with that?) and people dont have perpetual living bedhair (if your seen Nanoha and haven't noticed this, go back and watch it again. Everyone has big poofy fringes that move when they turn their heads. If you haven't seen it, do so, its awesome) .
On the subject of living hair, has anyone played that japanese game Recettear that was localized in September. Apparently its going really well, 100,000 copies sold via steam and whatnot.
Its interesting, its an RPG about a girl who's father runs off and leaves her with a huge debt, and she has to open an item shop in order to stave off the repo company.
Its really nasty, ive been shut down and forced to live in a box twice already. And even with its foundations set in the the greedy doctrine of capitalism, at least this method of paying back a debt is more eh....moral...and for that matter legal....that some of the methods ive seen people take in japanese games.
But yeah. Given how well its sold, it really wouldn't surprise me if someone makes an anime out of it in the next few years.

I read Manga cuz its faster :P
I hate it when anime wastes your time lengthening a scene instead of whats happening next... then it says 'to be continued'... O:<
I read whatever manga just happens to be in my library :P Though my fave is One Piece.
