God, I hate when people say that Anime is a cartoon. Cartoons are freaking Johnny Bravo and Powerpuff Girls.
Anyways... Back to discussing ANIME.

Yeah, anything that you draw besides maps and such is a cartoon, imo. And this "anime" and "magna" stuff is a pointless waste of time.
