Blood-C had a horrible dub, I couldn't even get through episode 2. In fact I don't even want to watch the show at all, it was too sluggish and just crap. Put me off vampire shows, save Hellsing Ultimate which is fantastic.

I found Azumanga Daioh to have a very good dub as well, you can't really go wrong with Luci Christian as a VA and everyone else there seemed to fit in with their characters. Prepare for hell on RuneScape in Naval Cataclysm!

Lyrical Nanoha and A's I felt had decent dubs. Mysterious Girlfriend X was another good one in my opinion. the .hack// series had pretty good dubs as well.

Karin ended up having a crappy dub though.

On the subject of dubs, I was watching the Digimon Frontier dub not long ago, and I noticed there were quite a few shared voices between the english dub for Frontier and .hack//Sign. Tommy and Seraphimon in Frontier were Tsukasa and Morgana in Sign respectivelly. Leader of The Enemy ||

anyone else share this experience? I watch dubs. Yes, I know, the sub fans will be trying to crucify me, but I prefer looking around to see what else is going on rather than stare down at some subtitles. And I like some of the voice acting, although some is absolutely horrible I will say.


i feel like the dubs never show as much emotion as the japanese voice actors. i love their enthusiasm when they voice acting, goes so well with story. i just hate reading lol
i never see the english ones, they sound so weird. i don't see any anime now tho. just a lot of politics nowadays.

Decided I'm probably adding Symphogear AXZ to my watch list for this season.

So that menas so far it's looking like I'll be watching Owarimonogatari and Symphogear.


Also, do my eyes deceive me, or are we actually going to be getting some real progression next episode in Rin-ne? Leader of The Enemy ||

Aight, I bought an AX pass for July 3rd. Nothing in particular I wanna see or do so I'll just take it easy and get a feel for next year. In hindsight I should've gotten a 4-day pass a few months ago, found accomodation, and taken the train instead of driving, oh well
