You would think so, but theres a school of thought that says embelleshing the script is the superior option. i just don;t understand it.

Also looking forwad to the movie, sucks that you have to wait till May. We've got a cinerma run coming up in the next couple of weeks.

The 1:50 one is dubbed though? Nah fam, definitely not that one. I'd go for the 7:30 or most likely the 10 personally.

I'm very excited about watching this movie, seeing as how it's dethroned FMA:B for the best ranking on MAL. I have extraordinarily high expectations for this. I didn't even realize it was by Makoto Shinkai until just now. I absolutely hate when I spoil myself of anything so I know nothing about the movie outside the synopsis. We all know Shinkai is notorious for his heartbreaking endings, but could this finally be the one where it ends on a happy note? (if you know the answer to this, please don't tell me) Because that's kind of what I'm inclined to believe due to how highly rated it is, since the MAL community is cancer and only likes "happy endings."

However if this goes the usual route of his movies... I hope it leaves me devastated. I hope it crushes my soul. I hope it leaves me a shell of myself for a couple days. 5 Centimeters Per Second left me feeling down, but I hope the effect of his latest movie hits me 10x as hard.

id watch it at 10pm

when i actually saw it, it was during an airplane flight lol
and i think it is incredibly over-hyped. especially cuz i watched it without knowing anything about or expecting much from it. it was good, but not the best thing ever made

Takes a fairly decent looking movie to pry $15 out of my wallet, takes an excellent movie to do it twice. I think it's worth the attention it gets. Maybe watching it in a cinema with a bunch of other anime fans and watching it on the tiny screen in the back of the chair in front of you yeilds a different experience, we'll really have to wait until it comes out on BD before we can judge.

Aside from Kizumonogatari,(I already bought the ticket for part three. Screenings on the tenth) the only thing I'd buy a ticket for would be Lyrical Nanoha Reflection. I'm still crossing my fingers hoping someone like Aniplex or Funimation will licsence it, so we can get a screening here, but I really doubt it'll happen. Leader of The Enemy ||

I hope Aniplex never licenses anything in America again. Ridiculously overpriced. I hope they die like Bandai did.

Finally watched Bakemono no Ko last night. Really good movie.
