I'de like to say that it's part of some insidious, evil masterplan, but the truth is actually considerably more mundane. I'm a student nurse, so this is the kind of thing we do.

and no, I'm really not suprised that there are no non-H To Love Ru doujinshi. I only really know it by reputation, but lets face it, the audience is there purely for T&A.
