Well, I'd suggest JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, but that's out the window since it's a total of 74 episodes; however, the first two story arcs together make 26 episodes. So, if you're interested, watch the first season. If you like it, then you can watch the remaining 48, which are two seasons of the third (and longest) arc, Stardust Crusaders.

I nearly forgot to recommend Tomino's magnum opus, Gundam Reconguista in G, a masterful cartoon of such subtle, nuanced complexity that it still attracts spirited discussions on /m/ to this very day!
