Aaaaaaaaaalright. Since this is clearly going nowhere very quickly, I say we bury the hatchet and call it a day. You keep your beliefs and I'll keep mine. I am sincerely sorry for any annoyance I may have caused. Have a merry (or happy) Christmas! It was fun talking
Reality is an illusion, the universe is a hologram, buy gold, bye!
why talk about animesque things when the real deal is better?

I call African-Americans Africans, it's simpler.
I call African-Americans black americans, since most "african-americans" are now born in america and their roots to Africa are practically non-existent.
Also, American anime doesn't exist, since anime is by definition Japanese animation (i.e. animation created in Japan).
There's no such thing as an American anime, bud. The term "anime" (note, the world anime can be singular or plural, animes is not a word) refers to animation made in Japan. The word encompasses any type of animation that is Japanese, and does not describe the art style. Thus, Avatar is
not
an anime. It is
in
the style of Japanese anime, but it is a Western cartoon.
