I can now go out on my motorbike for lunch...... A light luch though. Have to watch my figure.

Today I'm greatful to my Doctor and Nurse that helps me over the last few weeks.

I have now dropped 1/2 stone 7lbs in weight in 3 weeks. My target is getting close.

I'm greatful to my nice comfortale bed.

Put new sheet on and quilt cover as well as 2 new pillow cases and slept like a log.

Slept that good I didn't get up till 12.30pm. 5 hours more sleep then usually.

Must have needed the extra sleeps.
