Today I'm grateful to the 3 workmen who came and made my outside side fence secure again.

4 years I've pestered my landlord for a new fence. They gave me 4 new posts to keep it going for a few more years.

It won't last a few more years but it's the thoughts that count.

That would likely make me big mad lol, but hey it's the small things I suppose And I swear I'm not going to let her know all the pain I have known

I'm so greatful for a book I got telling me what Carbs and Calories etc I'm eating per portion.

I can now plan meals much better then ever. Know what I'm eating and what Carbs and Cals and everything else I'm eating.

I have to drasticly cut my carb intake down and with this book it's going great.

Very enjoyable book. Comprehensive Account Security
