Eh, for Negligee they could probably get around it in Japan by putting out a mosaic'd release for the Japan storefront. Have to remeber Japan has the law where all genetalia has to be cencorsed, whther it be in games, manga, animation, AV's.
China's a no porn country unfortunately, same for South Korea and much of the Middle East. Those countries are also quite anti-homesexual still. And australia, well austrailians are straight up prudes. No negotanting with their government on anything. Everything there is censored.
So yeah. Japan wouldn't likely be that hard to release in. Other countries are pretty much out though. Leader of The Enemy ||

The remake of Senran Kagura Burst will be censored on PlayStation 4, but the Steam version will not be. XSeed have said it is Sony that requested they censor the game.
It feels like the only games developers and publishers I can actually support these days are indie studios... and most of them don't make games that I like.
Maybe gaming is just not for me anymore.

The thing about gambling is cops do not want to be involved in settling bets. That's why casinos exist with extra security to show cops etc. Pretty much got it covered.
Rs is different. Its not like the pokies where u put money in and hope to pull out a car and drive off with the girl u just met. Its like more street fighter or tekken. Ya put ya cash in and play till u run out of tokens... But rs is not like street fighter or tekken. In street fighter and tekken ya have to kill the girl 30 times in a row until she's out of tokens and leaves but u offer her tokens and later keep playing.
Rs is not a dating site.
Cops normally deal with emergencies not gambling, I think they tell u call ur bank? Then.. Cancel asap. Whatever? If its not an emergency, why they call cops? On rs?? They are crazy!
I hated "dance dance revolution" because it changed the arcade... It wasn't PvP anymore...shooting games... DJ.. They all became ticket games thaty gave no tickets, skill games, like basketball or bash a mole. Worse than that, winner lost their token too! In street fighter, winner plays on. Those games ripped ya twice
Its just gone down hill since then. Dear God, please send the competition, feels like there ain't any.
I long lost count of the victories, there were just far too many.
