Hello to all the inspirational beacons of light who i am honoured and happier than anybody could imagine to have the pleasure of shining the path towards a life of good and away from the dimly lit rocky path of bad "of which at times i may have stupidly tried to drunkingly navigate with only a saphirre lantern and less than 2 inches of candle left"
Much love

M8, we all venture down the bad paths occasionally. Just remember to bring your happy ass back to the good path and don't go back.
And I swear I'm not going to let her know all the pain I have known

Kind words my friend "as usual <3" as for this dark path of knobbly rocks, slippy grass, muddy puddles which look really shallow until you jump in and find yourself up to your neck in shit lol, within this game and in these forums, it's actually made me into the type of guy who does not want to be embarrassed by letting everyone down who looked after me and never gave up on me when i was honestly at times a proper dick most weeks
My happy ass enjoys things a lot more but forgive me......
I on occasion still like a moan, i would not be me if i didn't have a little moan sometimes
Much love
Scouse - Did i mention those leafless tree's on that road with sticky out branches that look like arms trying to grab you lol.

I like breathing. It is something I have done my entire life.
Breathing is good.
I actually had to declare my support for this activity Thursday afternoon when I went in for a bone biopsy. The doctor went over the details with me while I was in pre-op. I knew the plan was to go into the side of my left foot with a large needle to extract samples of my heel bone for analysis. I also knew I would be sedated. What I did not know was how dangerous the medication was. The doctor warned me the powerful meds could stop me from breathing, and handed me a form to sign giving her permission to revive me in case I did stop breathing.
She also mentioned the name of one of the sedatives they would be using. Chances are, you have heard of it recently. It is called Fentanyl.
I said, "Excuse me...did you say Fentanyl?" She did. The doctor assured me her team is specially trained to handle the substance, which was mixed with another drug. I signed the form as I told the doctor, "I like breathing."
I woke up after about two hours. The doctor said everything went well.
Afterwards, I told my nurse, "Well, I didn't stop breathing."
Then he informed me my breathing did drop at one point!
I asked him, "By how much?"
He replied, "Enough to get our attention."
Enjoy your weekend, 'Scapers...and keep breathing.
It beats the alternative.
