@XSlay4DeathX, I'm still trying to wrap my head around individuals still caught up in the whole vaccinated/unvaccinated drama. Mandates now largely do not exist, closures have long been lifted. Most people have listened to the advice of Public Health which means serious illness, hospitalizations and deaths have drastically reduced.
If you're not vaccinated at this point, that's up to you. Nobody is pressuring you. Nobody in this thread keeps re-iterating the point of getting vaccinated, it seems you're one of the only ones who keeps bringing it up from time to time. You do you, nobody is asking.
I still sometimes see groups of people on top of highway bridges around Ontario with Canadian and 'Freedom' flags like they were during the height of Covid... That time has passed, I no longer know what these people are fighting for lol. They're no longer under any sort of mandate or strict rule to be shouting freedom to passing drivers. But, nevertheless they are well within their right to do that.
I'd also recommend not sharing articles you have absolutely no idea about it's content. Either read the article and share thoughts on it, or don't. Otherwise we're having a separate conversation about media outlets and their clickbait titles, which is a whole other subject, not limited or related to Covid whatsoever.
What kills me is the fact that people still think wearing a mask will do SFA to stop the Sars-Cov2-19 virus from spreading.
It's been shown that the Covid virus is smaller than what those stupid masks can filter out, so all you're doing is rebreathing your own carbon dioxide.
Justin Trudeau likes to parrot the phrase "Follow the science". Yeah. Okayyyyy. The pseudo-science, more like.
And the so-called "Freedom Convoy" to Ottawa....let's just not. I will always remember the pictures of truckers relaxing in rented hottubs holding Budweisers in their hands screeching "MUH FREEDOM"...
We have to wear masks in NZ when going to a health professional, like a chemist or doctor and probably hospitals, but we don't have to wear them anywhere else.
