People need to go back to normal life with no vaccine passports or any thing like that. Of course people can voluntary wear masks, and get the vaccine and stay home. My State is getting back to normal as much as it can, the legislature passed laws limiting the Governors ability to impose covid restrictions, and they are working on passing more.

One thing I find unfortunate is the attitude we all seem to have taken.
Like... it seems that now there really isn't a way to stop it. We're kind of just treating it as a 'postpone it' sort of situation rather than 'we can prevent this' kind of thing?
A few family members, namely those with children in school, have just kind of resigned themselves to their inevitable fate of catching Covid. With schools not closing, and children being the germ factories they are, it does seem that way.
It just sucks. :L
Remember the vaccine results in much move favorable outcomes if you do catch covid.
I really hope people see through all the misinformation and get vaccinated and stay current with their vaccinations.

what misinformation? i know of people who got the shot, had worse reactions. I also know a few kids who had very bad results from the vaccine, one had to be air lifted for an urgent organ removal....
The types of misinformation that lead people to believe that vaccines are unsafe, contain microchips, don't work and so on.
As unfortunate as it is to be someone or know someone who's suffered an adverse reaction from the vaccine, it's important to not let anything anecdotal cloud your judgement. Despite being someone or knowing someone who's had a reaction, statistically it is extremely rare to have any serious side affects - extremely rare.
These truckers currently protesting in Ottawa and now here in Toronto, while have the right to peacefully protest are a very vocal, very small minority not even representing most truckers, let alone anybody else.
Of all the people I know who have been vaccinated ( at least 30 and far more if I include casual acquaintances ) only one had such a strong reaction they needed to stay in bed for a day. That was after the first dose and they happily had the 2nd dose( less strong reaction ) and the booster. The odds of getting a bad outcome are higher from catching the virus than from the vaccine. Its so simple I don't understand why people can't see the benefit of getting jabbed.

You know these people or
know of
(i.E. read some highly reliable source of information.)
Statistically, the odds of you knowing so many people with negative outcomes is astronomical.
The only time I have seen organ removal and covid 19 in the same sentence is people being removed from organ transplant lists over refusal to be vaccinated.

yes pretty much same here
im also curious on the story of the airlifted for organ failure.... that was a result of the vaccine, it would be interesting to see how its all linked and how they know. especially needing to be airlifted....
I am for mask/lockdown mandates but optional vaccines, i know the vaccine helps, but can also hurt some.
.
yes its going to hurt some sure. people are going to have a bad reaction, but lets look at it logicially
the chances of having bad reaction from covid. is far more likely than having a severe reaction to the vaccine.
the vaccine isnt just about getting it for yourself. its about others, and this isnt just about catching covid, its about freeing up spaces in hospitals. so the staff arent overrun, when this happens that is when lockdowns have to happen.
people refusing the vaccine due to misinformation is not helping the situation its making things worse. so yes people need to get vaccinated. we know first hand from history with vaccines that vaccines are incredibly helpful. and people refusing vaccines cause more harm.
whenever there is a movement of anti vaccines in places, the diseases that we can vaccinate against start to increase. we have decades of data of that.
Regarding the people i know with bad side effects, with the amount vaxxed already, it's more common then you think, but everyone keeps it hush hush. If they documented it i would post proof, but they don't as they don't give a shit.
They downplayed this whole thing hoping only 200-600 would die, the flow of profits is all they see.....check mate sir, you just set your king and citadel on fire.......history repeats itself sadly. cover that, cover this, soon enough you run out of blankets.
