Last autumn I had a cancer scare. I had a GP organised scan within 2 weeks and my GP got the result after 2 days and referred me to a consultant. I saw him within a week. After a more detailed different type of scan I was given the all clear. Maybe I'm lucky but I've always had very good care from my GP practice even during the pandemic lockdown.
We had our first Delta death, 90 year old lady
R.I.P Quite a few people in hospital and in ICU
The numbers of community cases are coming down which is great which means we are on top of it at this stage.
I read our country could be looking at staying at level 2 lockdown until Christmas :/ our whole country outside of Auckland is at level 3 still, Auckland still at level 4.
All of NZ except for Auckland are going down to level 2 Tuesday night at 11.59 pm. All schools will be open again on Thursday. Auckland will remain at level 4. I believe there are a lot of sick people in Auckland not getting the Covid test; I believe they can tell by testing waste water.
