may i recomend making this a fast paced cooking minigame which offers a good amount of awards depending on the lvl of cook you are, or make it things like the meat tenderizer from the awards chest from recipe for disaster a help for this skill

woodcutting shouldn't be what you compare fishing to. if you look at hunter a level 63 can catch 596 gp red chinchompa or runescrafting turns a 159 gp pure essence into a 255 gp nature rune at level 44 and make 2 per essence at level 91 in order to make an extrordinary amount of gp per hour there is even a way to make up to 500k per hour (3m if you sell to merchers which not only helps you but annoys the merchers which everyone likes except the merchers who get worthless items when the price crashes) and this insane amount of gp can be gotten without a level requirment so all in all fishing isn't that good money and dosen't need to be nerfed

Braydon180, I compared fishing to woodcutting because the "act" of woodcutting and fishing are so similar. You click on a tree and you begin cutting and you just sit back and watch until your inventory is full or the tree goes away. This is exactly the same for fishing. Hunting requires you to set a trap for each and every creature you catch. That's a lot more work and this is reflected in the amount of folks that have higher levels in these skills. Last I checked there were 240,000 folks with level 80+ fishing while there are 65,000 folks with level 80+ hunting. Why? Because hunting requires much more work. Runecrafting drops to 24,000 folks with level 80 or better. Runecrafting is possibly the slowest xp in the entire game and requires a tremendous amount of work (or clicking of your mouse) to get to higher levels. By the time you get to level 91 runecrafting you should be making tons of cash as you have invested a huge amount of time to get there.
No matter what fishing will always be good and easy money.

what a stupid idea not a new skill maybe at a stretch part of cooking which is what it is. i mean when we cook things we do everything at once cakes we make mix and everything else and bake it in a few seconds

just about the steeldragon tenderloins. the dragons are made of metal(im pretty sure). good idea tho, maybe instead of a whole new skill it could be an addition to cookin?

like i need another skill 2 train... stupid dungeoneering... :D
