Here's an idea to make it evenly matched:
When you are in the game, all of your stats are reduced (or raised) to the level that corresponds to your equipment.
E.G. You are level 80 attack. You start a game of SC, you are now lvl 1 attack. You wield a c2 weapon, you are now level 20.
But, you cannon wield a weapon if your normal level is not high enough
You like?

oh no cant decide i hate barrage campers cuz when they stand by the door i cant get out to make leather armor a staff and runes to do the same to them :O . like just killing ppl who are trying to skill far from base or near my base by farcasting. i guess i can support. there also needs to be something done about pickpocketing. you only need 79 before you can pickpocket evrtyone and u can sit in clouds and by the time your done and they react you can just run back into cloud.
but back to topic i guess ill support.

I completely disagree. I played this game when I was a lower level and yes, it can be annoying when the other team kicks your butt over and over :) But at the same time it's a challange to try and get back to the base without getting killed. Killing the other team is part of a great mini-game that many of us love playing. If you don't like the game as it is, go find a non-combat game but don't ask Jagex to change the game to make the lower levels happy just because they can't handle a little booty kicking. It is so easy to get at least 20-23 points in 20 minutes even with all the killing that goes on. If playing SC is so important to you then work on getting a higher combat level so you could at least defend yourself or just try and enjoy the game as it is. For the players that want to stay at a low combat level and get skilling capes, I think that is great, but do not change a great game just to make your job easier. Don't you think getting double xp from tools is easy enough?

Please go back to the previous page and read the conversation I had with H II P E R S. I've played pver 500 Stealing Creation games and that certainly isn't because I just want the clay. I have more points than I know what to do with. I've played so many games because I, as well, think its a great game. And as I previously stated I also easily get 20+ points per game, win or lose. In short, once again, I have a problem when the game turns into a battle at the bases.
Here is the scenario I see play out all the time:
Lets say there are 3 level 130+ players on each team and the rest are fairly evenly matched lower combat players. Typically about half way through the game these high combat players are all armored and ready for the battle. They don't seek out the enemy high combat players but instead head to the enemy base. Why not? Shut down the enemy base and you win the game. Makes perfect sense. Eventually they get killed and end up with just a dagger that they never lose because they have "keep one item" prayer set. And the goal becomes having your name next to "most kills" at the end of the game.
Since they rarely defend their own base they are not fighting the enemy high combat players just the lower combat players that can't survive attacking the enemy base and get trapped in their own base. So we end up with most high combat combat players at each others base and most lower combat players trapped in their own base. Even at my combat level I get little satisfaction repeatedly killing lower level players.

Not all games turn out this way but a great many do. Again, I have no problem with the combat side of the game and don't want to change that. I have a problem with the above scenario and the suggestions I'm making are to drive the battle into the playing field where all level players can battle all level players instead of high vs low at each others base.

Hello Again :) No I didn't read what you & H II P E R S talked about. I missed that conversation. But I did read it now. Okay, yes I see what you are trying to do and agree that when one team takes over lower levels at the base it takes the fun out of the game. Gets kind of boring at times killing the same low levels over & over. I myself like a challange and do enjoy battling higher levels. Maybe a tunnel wouldn't be a bad idea but not so sure if you should be able to use it both ways. Maybe only one way like H II P E R S stated. I'm like you and have so many points I don't know what to do with them. I just love the game and hate to see it change so maybe wasn't being very opened minded. :P

i hate the idea of a higher lvl attacking a lower lvl when i see this i heal the lower level cast vengeance on them and kill the person attacking assuming i can because you know what they deserve to die
and what's the point in most kills all it proves is that you like to trap people i always go for highest score it is much more morally rewarding
and yes it would be a nice idea t the end of every game practically i see the base being trapped it is irritating
what i suggest is not actually seeing where the people in the base that way if you are to close you can have you're items stolen and then banked thus making it an actual safe area
