Yeah, I'd rather experience the quests I did all those years ago vs just reading up on the story, watching a playthrough, making a new acc, etc. Just isn't the same.
Yea, I used to replay games that I really enjoyed on PS3 and PS2 years after first playing through them.

Same! Hell I still do. I have all my PS2, PS3, PS4, and even N64 games. Have a handful of old PC games too but typically for those I need an emulator lol.
Rewind many years ago when I couldn't get my own fire cape and my ex got it for me. In return I did Darkness of Hallowvale for her (she hated quests). It was a win-win for me as that's a contender for my favorite quest, lol.

They also made the vampire questline replayable before the finale quest, which I think was only temporary. They could at least start coding new quests to be replayable. Old ones they could do gradually as they're revisited to update them, which is something they need to do regardless when updates break them. Replayability also has the benefit of players being able to alert them to any issues the quests develop, which will make fewer players have their first and only experience with the quest be full of bugs.
I've run into a lot of graphical and rendering issues when going through older quests I'd never gotten around to. Things also get awkward with outdated lore, which is why some quests got reworked into new versions. I don't expect it to be instantaneous but they can probably do it gradually like the graphical reworks.
