Also i forgot to mention in my last post that treasure hunter does have an item a management interface that helps you deal with a lot of the untradable items. it shows you things such as what items you can reclaim if you destroy them and how much it will cost. you can also see what items can be converted into coins. As for reclaim items from your house you can always just talk to one of the holiday item NPC's in the game but you do however have to put them in the house yourself, but its really not that much work. Also the reason they don't have GE runners is it would take away a massive selling point of the GE. The point of the GE is it is suppose to be a massive trade hub where people go to trade in person on on the market. It allows for easier selling and buying of items since a lot of times with price influx on high value items it is hard to obtain them through the GE system itself so people look for other people stationed at the GE to trade those hard to come by items.

As more and more items come into the game this Adviser just becomes more important. There are soooo many promotional items that just keep stacking up ion my bank, many of which are incomplete or I never knew what they did in the first place. I'm sure additional tools have been made to address these issues (as mentioned above) but the simplest tool for most of us not looking to seek out assistance would be to have this Bank Adviser in most banks.
The only reason I can come up with as to why Jagex doesn't set this up is that they want the cash for selling folks more bank space, and work on that through an endless supply of new junk that for the most part are discarded once figured out just what they do or how effective they are.
