I've had several comments about the Grand Exchange runner and I want to be clearer about the idea.
What I was suggesting is a runner that ONLY takes things to the Grand Exchange TO BE SOLD, and that's all. And it would cost you 10% of your sale price for the service. That amount would be automatically removed from the cash you would collect from the bank adviser at the time of collection of your funds.
I DON'T think the runner should be able to purchase and deliver items to you.
Please read my further explanations of the runner on pages 6 and 8.

The Wise Old Man in Draynor only looks at non-member f2p quest items.

Seems exploitable by staying in a place where you can perpetually stay. You can just stay there forever and not lose time traveling to the bank, and back.

I support your ideas.

I have seen some instances where a quest has been referred back to another quest item that has to be used. If you don't have to item, you have to check with Dirango, talk to an NPC who gave you the item in the quest, or have to play the last part of the quest (IE: rekill the monster) to get the item back. Some items have extra features that I may have forgotten about. I'd be nice if you could take a quest item to the bank and find out if it has any future use. In some quests, but not all, it'll tell you in the wiki if this item can be dropped.
