Saradomin doesn't consider Arthur and his knights to be any major deviation from his own view points.

Saradomin is now keeping Arthur and his knights in reserve in the event he needs to try to enact some sort of reform to make the Magister Council LESS extreme.

However, it is all moot as even Saradomin can't force anything until Arthur and his Knights resolve their original second quest: bring the renegades to justice.
