My idea is to add a counter when a player reaches 99 or 120 in a skill.

So for example. "Lord Snow has just achieved level 120 in Agility. Lord Snow is the 100,453rd player to achieve level 120 Agility!"

Can also be for other capes like MQC and Comps. Just to let people know how many of these capes have been awarded and where they stand when they achieve it.

"Lord Snow has just been awarded The Master Quest Cape. Lord Snow is the 78,267th player to achieve this"

Let me know your thoughts.

I mean, it does beg the question of where the wiki gets the data from (since, you know, it contains updated numbers of how many have 99, 120 and 200M in a skill).
It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice.

It lists the number of players that currently have the minimum experience required. They obviously do not know who reached that number in what order. Not even 200m is reliable, since inactive players are getting hidden from it. Albeit - since you would gain your original rank upon returning, Jagex does know this. But yeah - since there would be other inactive players as well, it's obviously higher than your original rank then. Improvements: Tooltip / (F2P) QoL v2

Support, could be good for seeing what your competitive rank is after reaching that level. I would like to know how many players have got that achievement before me. I'm sure the data can be extracted from the servers somehow.
