Hi all!
I am a returning off and on player and found that the experience for volume control in the character lobby is unintuitive and quite frustrating to find when you need it.
Currently, it seems like the only option to control the lobby volume is if you are logged out of the client.
To find this information I had to Google and come across Reddit threads letting me know that I had to log out before I could reach volume control.
This seems very odd not to have control of the lobby volume while both logged out and logged in.
The intuition I've gained while playing similar games is that the volume control will be accessible anywhere that there is music being played by either pressing ESC or clicking into a settings button.
I hope that Jagex will one day add the volume control to the UI when logged into the lobby as well.
