I know you can set your action bar to whatever keybind you want, but if you don't like the order of your Action bar #s because you used your action bars as they came instead of being concientious about it before. So I think it would be a useful feature if you could change the order, because it takes a bit of time to go through and set an action bar. And then if you decide later you want them ordered differently, you'd be able to do that without a great sigh.
It's something people probably would seldom do if not given an easier way to do it, but it would be nice if you could.

I mean, that you have to even buy Action Bars with runecoins, even that in itself is a reason people will use action bars as they come instead of planning ahead. So it would be nice too for that reason.

You already can, just drag the first ability of one bar to the first place of the other and they'll switch places. It doesn't take long to switch the contents of some ability bars with each other this way. Kings Eastwood in
