If a local server supports growth in the continent, that would be great.

However, if many current / prospective Asian players are indifferent, perhaps not essential?

I feel everybody including veteran players and new ones too should have a better gaming experience and if the ping is not right then the experience will be way different than what it actually should be.

Maybe an official Q&A in the coming time would give better results in this matter.
