To answer your question, the official helpers (and Malua in particular) do an awesome job in Account help, so I was tending to focus on 'waifs & strays' asking for account help in other forums. With the Community Helper title, I can now move those threads if I find them, and it is easier to see which posts in Account Help have already been answered. Official helpers can co-ordinate with each other and avoid treading on each others' toes, as it were. Glad to be of service :) (Powered by GPP™ - Share and Enjoy!)

Huge appreciation for all help out players with their frustrations towards updates and Jagex. I know all too well how little recognition and even some of the hate and punishment we can receive for all the hard work we put in.

Special shout outs to the Rs Outreach crew for years and years of community fun and support.
If we point out each others flaws, then we can fix them.
That way, we can all improve together ^_^
