Anything that has a fast tempo, good harmonies, or different sounds in them. --I really think RS needs some wind ensembles, or orchestras to record music for it, it would sound reaaaally good but it would also be expensive too.
I like Animal Apogee and Woe of the Wyvern, and any of the Attacks (e.g., 1, 2)

Ahh, so difficult to choose from!
Nonetheless, I do find myself listening to 'Flute Salad' a fair bit... :) Mind you, a lot of the more recent RuneScape music that has been brought out, is just as good - if not better. :)
