@MPC Studio (nice name by the way!) ;)

"If I was to record Runescape music, remix it & release it to profit from it. Would that be breaking any copyrights? I'd like to have a reliable source that could give me more details about this subject. Thanks. "

I believe you would be breaking the copyright, which is held by Jagex.

What did you have in mind?

Please contact me on Twitter @JagexBond or the Head of Audio @JagexLord if you'd like to discuss further.

Thanks for your kind comments :)

Re: the song "Everywhere", I just went in-game and unlocked it on the clifftop south-west of the south entrance of the City; hope this helps.

I'm so in love with all the recent RS music, I really don't know where to start. :) It's just so ambient and wonderful.
I have to say though, I wish the in game playlist had more than 12 slots to it!

At the moment, I'm in love with Everything in its Right Place, and Book of Spells.
I completely agree with Ryan*y about Book of a Thousand Songs too.

The Zaros series of musical vignettes are my favorite .R.S tone poems.

"Zaros Stirs" is the perfect accompaniment to the decidedly Lovecraftian return of the "Empty Lord". I've had this in my bedtime music mix since it became available.

"Zaros Reprise", with its lighter tones, contributes towards this concept of "an unknown and ancient power, hidden in the darkness beyond, yet now emerging" in a particularly eerie manner. Also on my bedtime music mix.

"Sanctum". Holy smokes! What a highlight in thematic musical craftsmanship! This piece perfectly complements the setting and backstory presented in this most recent of the Zaros quests. I drove my wife up the wall for a whole week with this one on frequent repeat! Kudos for keeping the original theme intact.

Lovecraftian to a T.

So well done.

My hat is off to the lot of you. Thank you, much!

Body Parts. So strangely catchy and morbid. I haven't unlocked it on OSRS yet, so I sometimes just listen to it on YouTube while I play. “The trouble with having an open mind, of course, is that people will insist on coming along and trying to put things in it.* -Terry Pratchett
