My favorites are the ones from While Guthix Sleeps, particularly Temple Desecrated, followed by Sound of Guthix and Dangerous Logic. I also like the music from The Chosen Commander. Other than these I like Grotto probably about the best.
EDIT: Zaros stirs is another one of my favorites.
