i have listened to a lot of rs music lately, but heres a list of some of the better ones
Animal Apogee. best song in RuneScape without a doubt.
2nd best is probably a tie between saltwater / stillwater / freshwater. fish flingers music is just great.
otherwise, many of the songs "eg: scape original, scape soft, etc." with the scape, as said above, are nice. "the duke" and "these runes" are also okay.
i am not the most common RuneScape music listener, so i might have missed some great RuneScape songs. but what I have listed above are probably the best.
*edit* oh, i missed a few i just remembered.

don't panic zanik
lightness
castle warz
waterfall
theme
logical progression (we need more elemental workshop quests with that in mind
)
tree spirits
but we can fight
many more that i think would become spam to list...

Way to many to list!
But my favorite will always be 'Harmony'. It takes me back in 2007.
I preferred the old sound instruments before they were updated.
The snow globe from the 2007 Christmas event that plays a music box-like version of Harmony is really sweet too.
