I've been lucky. I haven't needed the Community Account Support help in the game.
I did, however, have cause to go there and read through a few of the posts and felt compelled to drop a note of appreciation to the Community Helpers Team.
I'm amazed at your patience, you're thoroughness, and your compassion when dealing with angry, upset and, often, irrational players.
Kudos and a box of cookies for you all! I couldn't do it. Nope. Hats off to you.
I have heard a phrase or a customer service estimate from my parent, a small business owner, and then from my supervisors during my retail experience... along the lines of "
there are ten angry customers for every one complaint.
"
I've never heard of the "
there are 1,000+ happy customers for every one compliment,
" but it sure felt and feels like it sometimes. I don't plan on being one of the 999.
Thanks a bunch to the community helper who goes by the name of Chow Chow! I would imagine all community helpers are super, and Chow Chow has been a fine representation of that; this was also my first impression as I am new to these updates or programs.
