I've been lucky. I haven't needed the Community Account Support help in the game.
I did, however, have cause to go there and read through a few of the posts and felt compelled to drop a note of appreciation to the Community Helpers Team.
I'm amazed at your patience, you're thoroughness, and your compassion when dealing with angry, upset and, often, irrational players.
Kudos and a box of cookies for you all! I couldn't do it. Nope. Hats off to you.
