As I regularly move threads to the Community-Led subforums, it never ceases to amaze me the deep understanding of Community Helpers with the Runescape game mechanic and its complexities.
Thank you very much for the continued service to RSOF.
is a robot or not, but one thing I'm certain of: She's amazing! Thanks for your unstoppable contributions to (mainly) the Account Help sub-forum. Your continued work there is outstandingly appreciated. God bless!
Malua is absolutely killing it at the subforum. I hope she has a jar of cookies and buckets of tea, because the time she puts into support requires a lot of energy!
On the side I would like to praise Alexander for fighting his cancer, and to this day continues to help around the community.
It's a story of its own and we should recognise that every day can prove life changing - it sure did when I met him!
Thank you Ana, Alexander and the rest of the team

Community helpers are community heroes. I see them on the forums mostly commonly answering questions, and always serving as role model figures for the community. I respect community helpers, and other folks out there who essentially serve in that capacity to help out other players.
I want to thank the the helpers for their great influence and solutions in the community led forums. Besides of account, tech and billing support they also share a lot of game knowledge, that I really appreciate. I've consulted with them before for billing support and I can't complain over their thought through accurate responses.
Without them I'm not sure how Jagex Support would operate today
