Dibi has recently been recruited, so that's at least 1 extra. I'm sure they've got thoughts on recruiting me. Especially if they're keeping up with the numbers they had previously to recruitment and cleaning of other Forum Moderators (I don't know if they are sticking to that number though).
Yes, Dibi was a great choice, but he replaced another player so there wasn't a net gain in the size of the FMod team.
Maybe Jagex thinks they have enough FMods and aren't interested in more. After all, that was largely the case for years prior to Balance's arrival. I hope that isn't true, though, since forum coverage during Pacific and Asian timezones is still lacking.
As for recruitment, give them time. They do have to train them up to get the familiar with the Forums and the tools they have, which does take time for them to actually do so. Recruitment has really only just started up again with the Forum Moderators - I'm sure we'll see some new faces.
Though, it would be nice to see some people in other time-zones whilst Americans and English people are asleep/getting up (heading the work or school).

Update: Thread has been edited to put in a story that ChillWillMe created (and granted me permission to post it here). A very nice story.
Just wanted to give a thank you to the Forum Moderators who worked to keep the Forums in order with the issues that happened early this morning/late night.
It seems as though Jagex may be getting rid of some of the inactive FMods. I have noticed a couple whose names are no longer on the FMod list recently. This may mean that they will have to recruit some new ones soon! Hope they pick 5-10 new FMods so that they can increase the size of the team. I would love to see some more green posts around the forums!
Real quickly I would like to thank all of the FMods for their continued effort to keep the forums running smoothly and making them the great place that they are!
I would also like to thank the past FMods for the service that they did for the forums. Your effort will not be forgotten.
Thanks!!!
