and then there is also the situation that for example: player 1 want to buy a green halloween mask for lets say 1b because thats the amount of gp player 1 wants to buy it max for. and other people find this manipulation. while player 1 doesnt have ill intent, but he just doesnt want to pay more for it. its up to the seller if he/she wants to sell it for that price.
it could be considered manipulation, but on the other hand the person doesnt want to pay more than that amount of gp for the item. either because he cant affort more/he thinks the item is only worth that much to him/her.
Not sure if above can be considered manipulation. i think manipulation is more like changing prices without a sale on the back end/ telling other people what the price of an item is instead of just making an offer for an item and getting a sale/ denied dual to incorrect price requests(not offering enough to satisfy the seller).
trusting certain pc lists or prices of items or websites that dont belong to jagex will get you into trouble notice: external websites and trades are your responsibility, dont get fooled!.
