I have a question in relation to manipulation ect,

How does a screenshot ensure less manipulation? As we've all seen people have several accounts and post, all i'd have to do is trade an alt/a friend and say 'look what i've sold'?
Am i looking at this wrong or does it actually help having screenshots? I've got nothing to lose or gain by posting my previous sale, but by certain posts i feel people are basically saying "you're a liar if you don't post a screenshot"
I wish I liked Quests as much as I love AFKing
