I go Scythe over red Santa hat.

There's better hats to show off wealth, are more rare... and arguably looks better.
One can only wear 1 hat at a time.
So if I had to choose between one or the other for some odd reasons.
I don't find a lot of discontinued that I can hold in my hands.

Not sure but since its ancient herblore i think we can expect something similar to ancient invention right?.

ancient invention has like a new variety of perk sets because there are more slots in an ancient gizmo.

So i think ancient herblore might boost the already existing potions or giving it more attributes than they already have? trusting certain pc lists or prices of items or websites that dont belong to jagex will get you into trouble notice: external websites and trades are your responsibility, dont get fooled!.

Hmm. I would say Santa hat, but if it were Santa hat vs regular Scythe, then I would choose the regular Scythe.

I do like the Christmas Scythe, but I feel it is "over the top Christmas themed". The regular Santa Hat is versatile, and will look good with anything. :) Agreed with this. Wish I was around when the original Scythe came out... :(

Although I’ll give it credit for having an interesting look.

but yet you go all in on fish masks and cth? At the end of the day I know your only goal is to make money and not investing in one of the best performing rares because you "don't personally like them" is bogus.

im kinda curious what you guys think considering my last post about what your favorite item is santa vs scythe (in terms of only being able to buy 1 and having to toss the other 1)

do you guys think the average player ingame could affort a santa at this moment with a price range of i think like 2.8- 2.9 (please correct me if im wrong).

Or a christmas scythe of which i dont exactly know the price (check discontinued section for price)


Personally keeping in mind a player these days spends most his/her money on pvm stuff or skilling stuff. without the new necklace ingame.

i think about 1.1b in pvm items excluding potions food. so just a weapon and gear and a lotd. 1 style only since 2 or 3 styles seems more fitting for players who spend more time in the game than the average player and pvm alot more because of that.

and about 3.3-4b in other stuff, money pouch, runes, food, potion, familiars, some stuff for leveling a skill like dragon hides for crafting, bones for prayer if the player isnt 99 yet, constrction or smithing items.

making a total of somewhere between 4.4 and 5.1b.

Affording 1 would be possible but a bit hard too because a player has to cut in consumables or leveling materials.

What do you guys think about this.

do you think im right or totally wrong about it or maybe something to add or scratch of what i just named.

Also ive asked about the santa vs scythe and now this question. would you guys like it if i try to figure out more questions to tackle here.(within the games rules and about ingame stuff) trusting certain pc lists or prices of items or websites that dont belong to jagex will get you into trouble notice: external websites and trades are your responsibility, dont get fooled!.

I have 2 Fish masks left. 2 Santa hats (Red) left. No Sythes and never will. No CTH. Don't like them.

Also my rares will never be sold. They have been out of circulation Since 2005. :P

I have other rares too and I have posted screen shots several times. :P

I sold my last spare red santa at 900m and made a very nice profit that I was happy with. ;) Comprehensive Account Security
