A lot of the casual rare buyers/sellers came from the duel arena so merchers aren't getting as many quick trades anymore. I'm guessing it doesn't pay to sit around w2 all day anymore and most trades are done through discord which doesn't have as big margins and aren't worth reporting to status threads.
I also agree with Raphtalia6, restrictions are being lessened and we can't all sit at home all day anymore

With prices this high, there just aren’t many trades happening also. Rare items getting rare.

It used to be that new people would start playing, to replace retired merchants, work up to a phat, then eventually work up to a set; but I dunno that that happens much now.

Tuffty is the last standing phat oligarch. I cannot for the life of me manage to catch Covid. Perhaps it's because I didn't get vaxxed? The travails of those lacking immunity.
