If you can't afford one of the Classic iconic partyhats then just buy a golden one (while it's cheap) - Jagex made it for a reason.
When that is said, the only reason why the Classic iconic partyhats are high is because of the 1. Low supply, because they are decades old, and most got lost from old accounts. and 2. The INFLATION in the game..
While gold becomes more worthless players will invest into items, and since rares are limited supply the price increase will just rise overtime. It's common sense not rocket science

don't even bother with people like this and yo blue. it's disgusting we even have people like this playing the game still. back when i first started the game the community was an abomination because there was more people like this running around acting like they're kingsh!t. nowadays it's just the small group of party hat club members who act like they're elon musk or jeff bezos. your wealth in this game means just as much as your beanie baby collection. almost nothing. lol
