Just read through this thread and yes christmas tree hat is up ~80-90m since then, but this is less than double so in terms of rares it turns out to be a relatively poor investment when most other items went up almost triple. Back on the topic of wreaths as an owner of a wreath (that I've owned since they were ~250m and will never sell as im one of the minority that does like the item), relative to other items right now I'd consider them over priced but thats just my 2cents. I also can't see them dethroning partyhats as the king of wearable rares they are just too iconic from a runescape history perspective.

Lets just lock down this thread for trying to manipulate an item.
It's full of naming and shaming and calling people out. Lets not do that.
