Beware of Price Manipulation:
When buying/selling items, especially those which are valued at over max cash, to do your research first before making any transactions. There may be some people out there who will try to manipulate the prices of items to either gain profit, or cause others to lose money.

Price Manipulation is hard to detect, so be cautious and on the lookout.

Trading Tips:
These are just some tips, and do not reflect what you have to do.

- Research the item extensively. Look at multiple transactions of the item to see if there's several similar reports, or the item is following a steady pattern.

- Check if price checkers ranges even reflect the trades they have listed.

- Sometimes people post ranges for their own benefit and don't reflect the recent trades

- Look at screenshot reports to ensure the image hasn't been tampered with.

- Look for reports done by established FC ranks.

- Look for reports verified by both parties involved with the transactions.

- If a post looks suspicious, for example, failing to mention second parties, screenshots, prices that seem very inaccurate compared to recent trades within the thread, then be very cautious.

- Trades are predominately done using Spirit Shards. Ensure you know the value of these (25gp ea), and provide the correct amount for trades.

- Do not be quick to accept a trade. Double check on each trade window that everything is correct.

- Most of items traded on the forums are of a high value, there may be people out there who will try to lure you to get the item.

- Finally, if something sounds too good to be true, then it probably is! If someone tries to offer you something a lot better in exchange for something, or to meet somewhere, then turn away.

I appreciate spreading the awareness, but you should probably list the correct price of shards, which is 25 gp ea. It may seem insignificant, but when you're dealing with 400m shards, 1 gp difference adds up significantly.

The NPC in Taverly pet shop will buy any amount of shards for 25 gp ea.
