Got a screenshot of this? I find it unusual that someone would pay 3b for an item that is buyable under max cash in GE

I don't. It was confirmed by the person whom I sold it to below my post.

Also, from my understanding the second-age robe top isn't actively trading in GE, the bottoms are. If you go to the most valuable trades, there hasn't been a top sold in GE for the past 7 days.
