I didn't change any definitions of whatever. OP wrote up this thread to talk about quests, miniquests and all the lore based content he is definitely interested in.
Hence our discussions of all the lore based content on this thread.

OK but that is irrelevant to the discussion we were having.

You have argued quests, miniquests and all the lore based content can be discussed in this thread. No one disputed that.

Deltaslug said “Jagex hasn't released too many quests of late” which is fundamentally true.

He implied OP didn't participate in this thread because of the lack of quest:

"Not a good sign when the OP hasn't been active in the last 6 months.
To be fair, Jagex hasn't released too many quests of late ... even if you do count the recent activity."

But it is definitely not the case as OP has been very interested in all kinds of lore based content. He would have not just a lot of lore based content to play with in game, but also a lot of it to add to this thread rather.

He didn't post in the RSOF in 2021 at all, not only this thread. Perhaps he is just not interested in the RSOF anymore as when he posted like a year ago he posted in a lot of other threads about a lot of things too.

I won't say just one person not posting in the RSOF for almost a year then the RSOF is not looking good. Perhaps that person has found playing RS3 the game is a lot more fun the last year rather. :)

"City of Senntisten" quest is coming and according to the developers, this is the final quest before Elder God Wars. Requires only Azzanadra Quest and Battle of the Monolith, has 75 slayer, 74 archaeology and 74 magic requirement so I imagine it's "master" or "grandmaster" difficulty. According to the developers, it will feature Zaros and it will also reward new Ancient Magic spells.

Azzanadra (friend, foe and friend again?) has been secretly funding an excavation to enter the legendary city of Senntisten. This long-buried place of power may have a critical role to play in the coming war, but something menacing lurks in the darkness. Bringing it to life will be anything but easy.

City of Senntisten, our final quest before the war, releases June 21st! To venture into the depths of the fallen city, you’ll need to have:

75 Slayer
74 Archaeology
74 Magic
Completed Azzanadra's Quest
Completed Battle of the Monolith*
Make sure you experience every chapter of the Battle of the Monolith – with more to come over the next two weeks – then join us for our special Mobile Launch Livestream on Wednesday June 16th to learn more about City of Senntisten! What will Azzanadra uncover?

*Battle of the Monolith can be completed at any time as a miniquest once the final part releases on June 21st. Any progress so far counts towards completion of the miniquest.

Azzanadra is definitely in the spotlight of the new City of Senntislen quest. We probably are going to see a "godly" Azzanadra in lieu of Zaros who has abandoned Gielinor.

So for all that don’t know, Jagex hit a new low today. The post-quest dialogue for Battle of the Monolith had Sir Owen just tell us the events of Death of Chivalry 2 as well as blaming the players for the quest not being released.

So we now have a president that old quests that need sequels can just be said to have happened and an NCP tells us. Gnomes, the Desert, Elemental Workshop, hell Rite of Passage - nothing is safe. We aren’t just getting barely any quests from Jagex, they are actively seeking out the most lazy and disrespectful ways to treat the community.

Expect “the shelf” to be thrown into the garbage as we are told all the updates we are waiting on actually happened off screen and it is our fault for not taking part in those events. Hope you like the Elder Gods and joke quests because nothing else is ever getting made again.

Released today! Great lore and actually not featuring Zaros at all. The new ancient magick spells actually is the reverse of Zaros' magic, and mimic shadow anima.

I really enjoyed City of Senntisten quest, nothing but good things to say to be honest, and am interested to see what GWD3 will look like and any content which surrounds it. I too am disappointed with Sir Owen just telling us the story of Death of Chivalry 2 which never got released, this is something I'd definitely not like to see happen again. Thankfully I believe Rite of Passage has such a large following that it would be very tough not to release it at some point. I also agree it's concerning to think that old incomplete series may now be concluded in this manner, I really hope this is a one off.

I also really did enjoy City of Senntisten, but do agree with Autumn Elite and 00Dippo00 regarding Death of Chivalry 2. I hope that we don't get any more summaries of quests we don't get to play.

What's less fun than being told about something cool which you can't experience yourself?

Genuine question: Why are people interested in Rite of Passage?

Armadyl to me is like the most boring and uninspired god, the avianse are also boring because they're not really relevant to anything that's going on.

How could a quest that revolves around the rite of passage of the avianse: 1) Be interesting enough in its own right, and 2) Be tied into the ongoing storyline of the game?

The only intersting thing about Armadyl are two things which are outside the scope of Rite of Passage: 1) How Armadyl ascended into godhood. 2) Armadyls "secret" which has been teased for a while now. But even if a big secret is revealed.. again, how does this tie into the current ongoing storyline of the game? If it hasn't been relevant up until now, why would it suddenly become relevant? Clearly it is a "secret" with connections to the past, to history, and without much relevance to today.
