Kinda curious if the Miniquest will be more in line with the Memory of Nomad miniquest or the chain of deals we had in getting the Anniversary Cake for this year's anniversary part.

We already know the 4 part Anniversary quest series is far more than that because it covers not just the past and present but also the
FUTURE
. It strongly suggests there will be a revelation of the Runescape in the future. It probably has something to do with the new sci-fi game Jagex is making with Flying Wild Hog.

It'll be interesting to see what clues we'll get about future content in the new Miniquest.
Actually we already have a clue from the Writings on the Wall mysteries. Seemingly some Illuminati-like group of all-seeing supreme beings able to travel in time and alter histories has been keeping their Eyes of Providence all over Gielinor ever since at least before the pre-historic Dragonkin era.
We already can travel back in time through The Needle, it is just a matter of how and if we can travel to the future, or we can't travel to the future yet but can find a way to communicate with these Big Brothers perhaps the way like how the Kingdom of the Crystal Skulls communicate with earthlings in Indiana Jones.
We get yet another clue from the last Xolo City mystery. The way how we complete the last Xolo City mystery - restoring the 2 broken pyramids by putting the Gold Dish and Rasha Idol on top... well, I think I have seen this revelation every day when I look at the back of a one dollar US bill.

The Vault of Shadow mystery has also been made into a permanent miniquest and released today. The even better news is we only need 58 Archaeology to do it. Very good news for questors, especially the ones who love lore but are not skillers or don't want to train a specific skill like Archaeology.

Agreed. I always knew it was a mistake to lock Trindine behind lvl 107 archaeology. Gameplay and lore-wise this would've made Trindine high-lvl only content with no chance of being featured in mid-lvl content. It would've made story progression very cumbersome to say the least.

It wasn't a mistake at al because Trindine locks no active content, and all the lore can be read from a lot of sources including Runescape Wiki.

Not according to the last RS3 big annual survey. Zarosian content has the highest demands but even so Jagex goes their own way and focus on Dragonkin and Elder God due to engagement data probably.
