Added an option to 'contribute all' resources to skilling stations on Iaia.

Added a "Do not ask me again" option to the confirmation box when entering or exiting the Dream of Iaia.

These are awesome 10/10. My question is why something like this appears 7 months after the update?

Did they think, at any point during the development process that we did NOT want those features?

Are we as players expected to suggest fixes like this? It is a daily annoyance. Every single time I go there I think yes, I would like to enter, and yes, I would like to add all of my materials.

I always just assume there is some important reason they made it like that, but if it was only ever a matter of complaining about it, that is something I am capable of!

Even more, I never want to enter a number in any interface unless it is totally required. Fill it up or add 100, 1k, 10k, whatever is reasonable.

To be clear, I definitely saw these fixes suggested on Reddit multiple times, so they have been out there.

So you like the update, but you're still posting to complain about it?
Right.

If we're supposed to believe they put full consideration into their updates, then we also need to believe they made a decision not to add those features in development.

It would be more efficient and player friendly to change those decisions in our favor. Someone should better represent the players and it is not that hard to do.

IF they don't have a checklist of available features in the game they should make one. Like if you are asking me to input a number, unless it is for a clue or whatever that is specific, you should not force me to type.

That should be a standard for the game. If you offer a portal for me to enter every single day, then it should not ask me if I am super serious about that decision to enter. I can see myself to the door.

Fascinating. Do you also have a rating for "most of the RS3 Recent Game Updates"?

It would be cool to compare them.

Sure, and I have commented on other threads on the Recent Game Update forums regarding the other Recent Game Updates. Please feel free to join in our discussions there.

For your thread, presumably regarding the Dream of Iaia patch released early this week, my rating is just like yours:
these are awesome, 10/10

@ J R Kerr - Your post ranting about P Mods has been removed.

It is not allowed to flame groups of moderators, not even in the Rants Forum:
Original message details are unavailable.

- There should be no Flaming of Players, groups of Players, Jagex Moderators, Forum Moderators or Player Moderators.

P Mods have nothing to do with game updates. P Mods (Player Moderators) are players, just like yourself. They are not Jagex employees and have no requirements for logging into the game for a specific number of hours per week.

You were perhaps meaning to refer to J Mods (Jagex Moderators), but even if that was the case, your post would be hidden due to your flaming of them.

That summary looks like worse than what I said, but thats not disproving my hypothesis either. Its not all of what I said, either, but... I did come back here to say that Mod Jack (who unlike Infinity is not four years absent from Jagex) summarizes what we are saying in review

something like 'we're aware that players always vote that we fix existing content moreso than releasing new content which might have errors, but when we do that we see player numbers dwindle, so... we dont want to governed by mob rule or voting on that issue'

paraphrasing. I will always disagree with that, and the way we have talked about it before is to lampoon the "ready" update.

Many many updates this year feel like they are not ready, and the clearest reason why not, perhaps, is that the promise of VIP access to beta servers for testing was never kept. I think a lot of the stuff would have been flagged if any of it was ever beta tested by us.
I have quit rsof because moderator found comments about darklight bonus damage on demons "off topic" for wildy flash mobs full of demons
