I linked multiple accounts to the Jagex Launcher a few weeks ago, but logging in after the update on them, I am yet to receive ANY of the shards for doing so.

Premier? Check.

Linked accounts? Nada!


Dude! Where's my shards?

UPDATE: I found the reason I havent got them is I never actually validated my account. My issue now is not getting a validation email. From post in this thread and similar threads, I am not alone in this.

UPDATE 2: Yahoo emails supposedly have this issue. But I'm not with Yahoo. I'm with Hotmail.

Same, got no jagex account shards on my 3 linked accounts, even re-added them

"If you are already linked to your Jagex Account, you will automatically receive your Shards upon login."

Make sure that you have actually migrated your accounts into a Jagex Account - simply logging RuneScape accounts into the Jagex Launcher is not the same thing.

Migrating to a Jagex Account should have had you set up new login details that would replace the existing ones you had, and logging into the website should ask you which character you wish to use. If you aren’t seeing those, you likely haven’t migrated yet and are still using RuneScape accounts.

I can't get it to send me the email code to create a Jagex account...

Tried numerous times..... "resend code"

No code...hours later....

Email is working fine.

FYI:

I am clicking the "upgrade now" button within the Golden Shard event, to do this....


Still not working.

I have migrated multiple accounts to my Jagex Account. I can select between them on the launcher (so I'm assuming that means successfully migrated), but nothing.

I also have been trying to "upgrade now", just in case but also not receiving the emails to do so.

Adding accounts to the launcher is not having a Jagex Account. Its just adding them to the launcher for quick game access.

You'll need to do the transfer account process and set up an entire new login email + password, verify it, and all that. Then when completed, use the import button on the character page to add your alts to the account. Then you'll have the Jagex Account with 1 secure login for all characters.

THEN sign out of the launcher entirely of all accounts, and log in with the new Jagex Account details + authenticate with email or authenticator.

If the email isn't working, I suggest try using a different provider if possible. If you have a different email address, or use GMail if that isnt the provider you're using atm.

The email error is not on my end, it's on Jagex's.

The email is my regular, everyday email and is working fine.

The only thing I'm not getting, is the code to create a Jagex account.

I should not have to go to a different server and create an entirely new email address, to accomplish this.

That makes no sense at all.
